Located in the heart of one of the most exclusive areas of Mykonos with magnificent views – the strictly residential and posh area of Agios Lazaros, above the famous Psarou beach is villa Melissa. This gem offers uninterrupted views of Psarou beach, Platis Gialos, Agia Anna, and Naxos island. Built on a terraced hillside and consisting of the main villa, an independent guest studio and a garden guest house, Melissa comfortably accommodates 10-12 guests. Upon entry to the property, guests find the independent guest house composed of a double en-suite bedroom,a walk-in closet, and a cozy living room that exits to the pool terrace. Across the pool area is the newly renovated main villa and it includes a spacious living room,an open plan fully equipped modern kitchen, and an auxiliary bedroom. The living room exits to a large veranda with dining/lounging space that is ideal for entertaining large groups.

Melissa’s upper level comprises of a master bedroom with views of Nammos beach, and 2 ensuite double bedrooms with views of the outdoor areas (pool & garden). All three bedrooms have verandas where guests can admire the sparkling waters of the Aegean Sea. Adjacent to the main villa is the independent guest studio en-suite with a double bed and 2 built-in sofas which can be used as beds. Designed with modern minimal decor Melissa’s architecture embraces the island’s whitewashed signature building. With plenty of outdoor space featuring a private infinity pool, dining/lounge areas, bar, and BBQ area guests truly enjoy Mykonian summers.
