Dimitris is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors – RICS, a member of Hellenic Valuation Institute of the Economic Chamber of Greece, a Certified Business Valuer, and a licensed A’ grade accountant. He holds an MBA degree in Finance from the University of La Verne, a BC (Hons) in Business Administration from Coventry Business School in the United Kingdom and a Diploma in Applied Economics from Klagenfurt University in Austria. Currently Dimitris is the managing partner of FVAT Advisory which is an independent firm, which provides advanced financial advisory, quality valuations, appraisal studies and consultation to local and international business entities and / or communities.

He has over 17 years experience in valuation and previously worked as the head of the valuation department for Colliers International Hellas. Before joining Colliers, Dimitris was a Senior Valuation Consultant in Charge of Business Valuation advisory services for American Appraisal. Dimitris in Ideal Mykonos performs various real estate valuations and appraisal studies for acquisitions, IPO’s, and financial purposes. He conducts specialized financial models as part of creating and evaluating business plans and financial proposals since he engaged in several projects in the areas of financial services, strategy formulation and reorganization, strategic planning, as well as project management.

Thanos was born in Germany and attended schools in both Germany and Greece. At an early point in his life Thanos had already traveled around the world to some of the most exclusive destinations. During his travels he had the chance to experience varying degrees of service and began to develop his skills in the Luxury VIP Hospitality industry with a focus on “Luxury Concierge and experiences”. Upon his return to Greece he began working with the top 5 star Hotels, Resorts and Restaurants and launched The Luxury Choice, which is the premier luxury VIP concierge agency in Greece. Thanos speaks German, Greek, Italian and English and has a solid business administration background and devotion to service excellence. In addition Thanos is a member of the panel of the Seven Stars Luxury Hospitality and Lifestyle Awards and the Executive Director at KSM Human Resources in Greece.

Daphne is an award-winning director and editor from New York. After graduating with honors from Wesleyan University in 2009, Daphne founded Seek Films. Her feature directorial debut CHILDREN OF THE WIND won 7 awards in the festival circuit. Those include “Best Documentary” and “Best Emerging Filmmaker” at X-Dance, which is the world’s premiere action sports festival. Daphne has gone on to direct high-end content in commercials, music, non-profit, and fiction. She does not define her work by a genre, but rather by the bold originality and the positive impact of the stories she tells. Daphne is thrilled to return to her family’s home country of Greece. Moreover she desires to apply her cinematic expertise on the island of Mykonos which has captivated her.

Our IT director has graduated from the Computer Engineering and Informatics Department at the University of Patras. He works as a web developer, web designer and web strategy analyst in several projects over the web. In the past he has published papers on IEEE Journals and Symposiums around the world, on the field of technology and informatics. He likes researching and he was awarded twice with a scholarship. He rarely sleeps, he loves Google and he enjoys playing with dogs. On the other hand he tries to make the world a better place through his computer. In his spare time he is a PhD Candidate at the Information Technology Department of the Aristotle University and he creates video animations. At night you can see him flying above Manhattan in his wing suit. OK just kidding… But he would love to!

Petros specialty lays in luxury travel mainly in Greece. He graduated from the International Air Transport Association (Iata) and is the owner of Tina Travel. It is the little details that make the difference is his motto that drives him to cater to his clients. Providing customers with efficiently tailored experience while covering all their travel needs.
